My duaghter is a grade six student at the NDKC and i think, the way she related it to me, she was required by one of her teachers to make a writing about the Cotabato ‘Hinugyaw’ festivities.
I tried to research on my own, tapping assistance of people that I know who are working at the tourism offices. Unfortunately, the people I met did not have adequate knowledge about how the “Hinugyaw” has came about, when was it first celebrated, and questions of the like.
Can anyone help me, please. THank you very much po.
